Like many women, I have had a love-hate relationship with my own weight, food and more importantly, my body image. I've done the yoyo diets and followed the fads and trends, with varying success, but ultimately I'd always end up back where I started - or worse off!
After the birth of my second son, I finally decided it was time to do things the right way. So I set out on the journey to finding my own personal freedom with my health, weight and eating habits. Great intentions, however, don't always come to fruition without having to face a few challenges.
After talking with other mums in the area, I found that I was most certainly not alone. And that's when I had my A-HA moment! The foundations laid, I set out to train and qualify in Nutrition and Personal Training, with the choice to focus on online Nutrition Coaching so that I could work with busy Mum's and fit into their schedules without the barriers of time and location.
I would finally be able to help mothers, just like myself - at a time that suited them! Allowing them the freedom to fit healthy eating and exercise around family and work commitments so they wouldn’t have to spend valuable time traveling to a gym or coaching session.
